It is said that we are a product of our past(s) operating in the here and now, and we bring our life experiences and beliefs, both consciously and unconsciously, into everything that we do.
It is therefore critical as supervisors that we do our own ‘inner work’ to surface our blind spots…our defences…our biases…our core beliefs, such that we don’t unconsciously play them out in our work.
In this highly interactive and experiential workshop Robin and Sheila will help supervisors surface these unconscious patterns and the hidden ways they show up in our work.
