Why you are offering this service:
I have been offering Supervision as part of my work since 2013, as I travel down the helping road I become more interested in the dynamic that can arise in relationship. The mirrors that we offer each other and the healing that can occur as a result of our courage and willingness to experience what may be hidden often delights me – even if we have to swim through the seas of confusion to reach the jewels of clarity.

My specialist area is working with those who offer services to people with addiction. As someone who has first hand experience with this cycle and who teaches others to work effectively with the client group, I feel that I have much to offer those who are actively working in the field.

What supervision you have in place for your supervision:
I currently have supervision with my employer in place.

Anything else you'd like to be known about your work:
My training with Joan Wilmot and Robin Shohet at CTSD London and with Heather Mason at the Minded Institute has given me a strong grounding in psychotherapeutic holding techniques for the helper.

I have been working to deliver yoga and relaxation since 2009. During my Yoga Therapy training, I studied the neurobiology of mental health and this greatly influenced my understanding of vulnerable minds as both a physiological and a psychological process, giving me the ability work with efficacy and compassion.

I have created a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training course, 100HR Neurobiology, Mental Health and Meditation training and Yoga Therapy for Addictions CPD course. The courses either offer supervision or mentoring support while students are on the journey or working in the field.

I offer online therapeutic or group supervision sessions that lean upon the seven eyed model and utilises aspects of yoga therapy where appropriate.

A fusion of these two techniques provide a particularly powerful combination that can ultimately allow the supervisee to discharge residues of attunement that may be held in the body of the helper.
