Trish Brady MSc;  BSc;  Dip Perf Coaching; PG Dip Org Consultancy and Change; MPNLP; MAC

Experience/Qualifications including CSTD courses:
I have been working as a supervisor for over 3 years, predominantly with coaches, OD practitioners and organisational leaders, but in training I have wide experience of working across modalities - including social and community work, clinical psychology, psychotherapy and counselling. I am a qualified coach and OD practitioner and Master Practitioner of NLP. I have a Certificate in Counselling and  am currently undertaking a DProf at Sunderland university with organisational supervision as my field of study.

I have completed the Core, Therapeutic, Advanced, Group and Team and Public Sector Organisation Modules with CSTD.

My supervision:
I  have regular supervision on my coaching practice and on supervision  with Julia Menaul, who is an experienced supervisor. I have had some additional (but less regular)  input from Jane Linklater on my organizational work. Jane is a very experienced organisational consultant and supervisor.

Approach:
My essential mode is systemic and integrative, promoting deep reflexivity. I use an eclectic approach, underpinned by Hawkins and Shohet's 7-eyed model, and using approaches and tools from NLP, Egan's Skilled Helper, transpersonal psychology, and Solutions Focus.

The context of much of my coaching is OD and I approach supervision systemically. I am particularly interested to work with internal change agents and people working in an organisational setting. I increasingly work with organisations to create, develop and support internal coaching programmes and networks. I am currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate at the University of Sunderland, my area of research is use of supervision/reflective practice as a systemic tool for organisational  transformation.

I use a range of methods and approaches in supervision. I support supervisees to develop a strong reflexive approach to their work, helping them to foster a robust ethical compass, and always aim to facilitate transformation for the supervisee  and the client system. I am the Regional Coordinator for the North East of England for AOCS, the Association of Coaching Supervisors.
Location of practice: Newcastle-upon Tyne base. I also work in London, either on client premises or at the Hubworking Centre near Liverpool Street station. I am in London monthly. I work on Skype with clients throughout the UK.
