I have also previously worked in Primary Care Psychology, Substance Misuse, and an IAPT service.  I have experience in working therapeutically with a wide range of psychological difficulties and mental health problems. My passion is to help people identify the habits and problems that keep them off-track in their lives, and help them align their values, strengths and actions to enable them to move towards the life they desire.

Special interests: alcohol misuse, eating disorders, psychological trauma, supervision
Professional Qualifications: MSc Counselling Psychology, Post-MSc Diploma in Counselling Psychology, Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, Chartered Counselling  Psychologist (CPsychol); certificate in supervision with CSTD (Centre of supervision and team development)

Professional Membership:  HPC, BPS, UKPTS (Psychological Trauma Society), ESTSS (European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies), ESTD (European Society for Trauma and Dissociation)

I have been providing individual and group supervision for several years to a number of health professionals, including practitioners from psychology, CBT therapy, counselling, CPN, and OT backgrounds. I see supervision foremost as a relationship that provides a safe space to grow as a practitioner and a person - to reflect, experience, experiment, laugh, learn, develop in competency and discover personal wisdom.
