I trained in integrative and psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling at the Minster Centre after being a teacher for many years. I also trained in an expressive arts therapy, Voice Movement Therapy, and have worked in this field for twenty years.

In my therapy work I can include a number of approaches :  psychoanalytic; Jungian and shamanistic biased creative , imaginal art work; body work and CBT.

I have worked extensively with people with neurological impairments through Hammersmith and Fulham MS Society.

I have a deep awareness of and experience of working with trauma and shame.

I am fascinated by the ongoing development of counselling and the reflection and connection that come about through Supervision. I work continually to develop an up to date pluralistic practice.
